Delsie “Dee” Aultman Weatherford

Delsie A. Weatherford, 95, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at her home.  Visitation will be 5-7pm Friday, September 30, 2022, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  A graveside service will be held at 10am Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Wilkes Family Cemetery in Bassfield, MS.

Dee was born in Sumrall, MS on August 10, 1927, to Charles Prentiss Aultman and Arganie Rayborn Aultman.  Dee was a member of First Baptist Church of Richland, MS.  She worked at General Electric for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Elsie Trigg, Houston Aultman, Herbert Aultman, Wyatt Aultman, Braxton Aultman, Clovis Aultman, Arnold Aultman and Percy Aultman: and her husband, Thomas Ruport Weatherford.  Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Mary Alice, Harlan, Sue, Doris, Nell, Mary Ellen, Wade, Ed, Grady, Kathy, JoAnn, Evelyn, Vonnie, Jerry, and Rufus.  The family has much gratitude for her caregiver Susan Lewis.
