David E. Graham, 76, went to be with his Lord on Sun. July 4, 2010 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon. Visitation was held Wed. July 7, 2010 from 5-8pm. and Thurs. July 8, 2010 from 12pm.-2pm. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Funeral Services were 2pm. Thurs. July 8, 2010 at the funeral home with interment following in the New Brandon Cemetery.
Mr. Graham was born in Jefferson Davis Co. and has lived in Brandon for 39 years, where he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon. He attended Seminary High School, served his country in the U.S. Navy, and then graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1959 with a double major in math and physics. Mr. Graham also retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Lila Graham.
Mr. Graham is survived by his wife, Edwina Graham of Brandon; his daughter, Judy Sutton (Gilbert) of Florence; two grandsons, Charlie Fisher of Richland and Tony Fisher of Flowood; three sisters, Katherine Abercrombie (Hardy), Nellie Smith (Johnny), and Huldah Ingram; three brothers, Edwin Graham (Helen), Mack Graham (Virginia), and Billy Sam Graham (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund 309 S. College St. Brandon, MS 39042.
