David Marlon Brewer

David Marlon Brewer, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the age of 76.

A graveside service will be held in Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Sprott, Alabama, on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

David was born on December 25, 1948, in Terry, Mississippi, to William Fowler Brewer and Mary McNeil Brewer. He could play guitar and enjoyed music, especially gospel and bluegrass. He also enjoyed spending his free time building and working on cars. He owned an air conditioning business and was a member of Central Baptist Church in Brandon, Mississippi.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Brewer; wife, Hazel Brewer; brothers, William Brewer, Jr., Cleveland Brewer, and Joseph Brewer; and sister, Billie Ruth Whitehead.

Survivors include his sons, David Brewer, Jr. (Marisol) and Mitch Brewer; grandchildren, Stella Brewer, Hollin Brewer, William Weaver, and Ana Heinz (Stephen); three great grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Huff, Mary Schuler, Marsha House, and Marie Straub; and brother, Thomas Brewer.
