Funeral services for Daniel Mark Wilcher will be conducted Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 2 PM from the Ott and Lee Chapel with Elder Charles Ware officiating. Interment will be in the Antioch-Steele Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 5 PM until 8 PM and on Wednesday beginning at 12 Noon until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Wilcher, age 29, a resident of Forest passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his residence. He was a graduate of Leake Academy. At the time of his death, he was an employee of Tyson Foods, Inc., and was known for his strong work ethic. He was a Baptist by faith. He loved his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Bobby Cecil Wilcher.
He is survived by his mother: Pam (Tony) Sanford of Forest; his father: Jimmy (Lori) Wilcher of Union; three sisters: Alexis Guthrie, Brianna Sanford, and Alex Wilcher; four brothers: Jimmy Wilcher, Jr., Rodney Wilcher, Bo Wilcher, and Grant Wilcher; maternal grandparents: Travis and Carolyn Haralson of Forest; paternal grandmother: Doris Wilcher White; one aunt: Robin (Steve) Stone of Edinburg; three uncles: Bobby (Lisa) Haralson of Forest; Johnny (Vicki) Haralson of Forest; and Rusty (Teresa) Wilcher of Edinburg; a host of cousins.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Haralson, Joseph Haralson, Johnny Haralson, Joshua Haralson, Tony Alford, Jimmy Wilcher, Jr., Rodney Wilcher, and Phillip Waggoner.
