Daniel F Glassmire

Daniel F. Glassmire, a resident of Pelahatchie, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, June 16th. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th from 9:00-11:30am at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, with funeral services following in the chapel. Burial will take place at Mississippi State Veteran’s Cemetery in Newton, Ms. Bro. John Vaugh will officiate.

Mr. Glassmire is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Glassmire and Jacqueline Furman Glassmire.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sandra Glassmire; four daughters, Olivia and Serra Glassmire, Jean Cooper (Joseph), and Mary Sessums; two sisters, Linda Mosch and Eloise Daisley; seven grandchildren, Haley Scott (Kenneth), Jacey Cooper, Abby Grace and Rawls Hemeter, Katlynn Murray, Carter Sessums, and Kaden Scranage; and one great grandchild, Kyler Scott.
