Daisy Bishop

Mrs. Daisy Ruth Cook Bishop, age 86, a resident of Morton, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022, in Morton, MS. Born on April 7, 1937, to Alvin and Liby B. Frith Cook in Smith County. Daisy was a Christian by faith and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Pelahatchie. Daisy enjoyed life, spending time with her family brought her great joy.

Preceded in death by her parents; one daughter; five siblings, and one brother-in-law. She is survived by her son Mark (Alix) White; sisters, Norma (jimmy) Quick and Linda Bowman and Wanda Smith; one brother, Tom Cook; three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation for Daisy was Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton MS, with the Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Ott and Lee. Interment was in Eastside Baptist Church Cemetery. Funeral Services were entrusted with Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS
