Clyde Harthcock Jr., 67, passed away Sun. Feb. 23, 2014 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held Mon. Feb. 24, 2014 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 10am Tues. Feb. 25, 2014 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS with a 1pm Graveside Service to follow in the Jessamine-Ridgeland Cemetery in Madison County, MS.
Mr. Harthcock was born in Holmes County, MS and has lived in the Jackson area for the past 20 years. He was a member of the Center Ridge Baptist Church in Yazoo City, MS and he loved to go fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea Harthcock; three daughters, Terri McCrary (Robert), Dixie Norris (Quincy) and Kathy Harthcock; three sisters, Madlyn Spell, Nancy Wilkinson, and Clara Helms; three brothers, Billy Joe Harthcock, Otis Harthcock and Mitchell Harthcock; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mr. Harthcock is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde & Dorothy Harthcock and his brother, Aaron Buddy Harthcock.
