Clinton H. “Tim” Thames Jr., 70, passed away on Sat. Nov. 22, 2025 at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. Nov. 29, 2025 from 9:30am-11:30am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11:30am on Sat. Nov. 29, 2025 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Thames Family Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS.

Mr. Thames was born on Feb. 17, 1955 to the late Clinton H. Thames Sr. and Essie Prince Thames.

He is survived by his wife, Cathlene Thames; daughter, Amanda Boyd (Joe); 5 grandchildren, Maeleigh Mattox, Keanu Thames, Brendon McCullough, Kyler Boyd, Skylar McCullough and one great grandchild, Riggin Mattox. Mr. Thames is also preceded in death by his daughter, Alica Thames McCullough.
