Charles Robert "Bobby" Hathcock, 77, passed away on Wed. Oct. 12, 2022 at his home in Brandon, MS with his family gathered at his side. Visitation will be held on Sat. Oct. 15, 2022 from 12:30pm-2:15pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 2:30pm on Sat. Oct. 15, 2022 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Hathcock was born on Dec. 29, 1944 in Pascagoula, MS to the late Carl Hathcock and Lamar Belcher Hathcock. He retired from the 172nd Military Air Lift Group in Jackson, MS after 30 years of service and also from the Mississippi Forestry Commission after 10 years of service. When Mr. Hathcock's health was good he enjoyed going hunting, fishing and working in his vegetable garden.

He is survived by his wife, Daphne Hathcock; son, Rob Hathcock (Rachael); two grandchildren, Cody Hathcock (Shelby) and Carlie Jeffries; two great grandchildren, Brantley Hathcock, Brooklyn Hathcock and his brother, Billy Wayne Hathcock. Mr. Hathcock is also preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Hathcock.
