Charles Berg

Charles Berg, age 61 of Pearl, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at UMMC Hospital.

A Celebration of Charle’s Life will be Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 2:30pm from the chapel of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with Dr. Jason Bird officiating. Visitation will start at 12:30pm. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

He was born Evansville, IN on July 11, 1960, to the late Charles Auther Berg, Jr., and Beatrice Huff Berg. Charles was owner of Touch of Class Bodyshop in Pearl, MS, loved Race Dirt Track, and was owner of 711 Racecar. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, John Vinzant and Jerry Vinzant.

Charles is survived by his wife, Cyndy Berg; daughter, Erica Berg; son, Blake (Hannah) Vanderford; granddaughter, Abigail Vanderford; sister Ann (Dedder) Shiers; nieces, Veronica Vinzant, Cindy Kilgore, and Shoshanna Poor; nephews, Jay Vinzant, Jacob Vinzant, Mark Shires, and Mike Shires; many other relatives and a host of friends.
