Carol Lanette Williams

Mrs. Carol Lanette Williams, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at her home in Farmerville, LA. Formally from Morton, Mrs. Carrol has lived in Louisiana for the past twenty-five years. Before leaving Morton, she worked for the Morton Police Department as a dispatcher, she and her husband James worked for EMS ambulance service in Scott County for several years. Mrs. Carol was ready and willing to serve her country, but during her training she got injured and was given an honorable discharge.

Preceding her in death, were her parents Jimmy and Frances Wallace Patrick, and a host of other family members. Survivors include her husband, James Williams, son Paul Williams, three grandchildren, Jonathan Williams, Shane Williams, and Jordan Williams: four great-grandchildren, Maddlin Williams, Emma Williams, Gage Williams, and Ella Sue Williams.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 7, 2024, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home from 12:00pm to 1:45pm, the Funeral Service will be at 2:00pm in the chapel, Bro. James Twiner will officiate the service, burial will be at Morton Memorial Gardens.
