Carey Lee Tipper, 51, passed away on Tues. April 7, 2026 in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Fri. April 10, 2026 from 2pm-5pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A memorial service will be held at 5pm on Fri. April 10, 2026 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.

Carey was born in Tifton, GA on Nov. 8, 1974.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Tipper; mother, Dale Bohannon (Archie); brother, Chris Tipper (Jackie); sister, Sarah Clark; niece Anna Smerda (Carson) and a nephew, Christopher Tipper (Grace Weeks). Carey is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Tipper and his infant daughter, Kathryn Ann Tipper.
