Cameron “Pace” Mohr lived life his way. Whether he was hunting or fishing, working on his truck, or sinking a four-wheeler in a pond, Pace was about as carefree and country as it gets. He loved to laugh. He lived to have fun.
Pace was born November 26, 2004, and lived with his parents in Brandon at the time of his passing on April 1, 2023. He was 18.
Pace attended East Rankin Academy before enrolling in diesel mechanic school at Hinds Community College and was excited about the future. Pace loved to work on engines of any kind, and if he didn’t have a tool in his hands, he was most likely hunting or fishing with his buddies. He loved the outdoors.
In his short life, Pace touched countless people. He loved to crack jokes and prank his friends and relatives. He wanted to see people smile.
We are comforted in Christ and know that we will see Pace again. But in the meantime, we sure will miss those smiles.
Pace is survived by his parents, Mary Jane Nichols Mohr and Douglas Thompson Mohr, his siblings Lane Nichols Mohr and Andi Elaine Mohr, grandparents Art and Janie Raye Nichols and Dr. John and Betty Mohr, and great grandmothers Mary Lane Nichols and Beverly Ragland. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, some who were as close as family.
