Bobby Sanders

Bobby Dewayne Sanders, age 42 and a resident of the Pulaski community died Wednesday, February 8, 2023.

Funeral services were held at 11am, Friday February 24, 2023, from the chapel of the OTT & LEE Funeral Home in Forest with interment in the Goodson Family Cemetery. Bro. John Goodson, Bro. Thomas Jones, and Bro Ronnie Wright officiated.  Visitation was held from 5pm-8pm Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the funeral home.

Bobby was born in Morton, MS  on February 3, 198, to his parents Tammy Goodson Sanders and Bobby Car Sanders.  Bobby was a package handler for Fed-Ex at the Richland Distribution Center. He attended the Morton Church of Jesus’ Name.  He always enjoyed being with his family and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Tammy Sanders of Pulaski, 3 children; MKayla Neece of Brandon, Dustin Dewayne Sanders, and Bobby Lee Sanders both of Pulaski.  He is also survived by one brother, Austin Sanders (Chrystina), and one grandchild, ReSahy Sanders.

Pallbearers were Bruce Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton, Sidney Goodson, Reggie Goodson, David Goodson, and Greg Barnes.  Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Wayne Watkins, Michael Goodson, and Billy Black.
