Bobby E. Thweatt

Bobby E. Thweatt, age 60, a resident of Morton passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Scott Regional Hospital in Morton.  There will be a visitation on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 12pm-2pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  Chapel service will be held at 2pm following the visitation at  the Ott and Lee Chapel. Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton is honored to serve the Thweatt family.

 Bobby was born in Morton, MS on April 30, 1964.  He was employed by Southland Transportation.  Family is the word that meant the world to Bobby.  He married the love of his life, Roma many years ago; his grandchildren were his pride and joy; he enjoyed riding 4 wheelers and being with his friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen Thweatt and Barbara Taylor and sister, Judy Goss.

He is survived by his loving wife, Roma G. Thweatt of Morton; daughters, Brandi Townsend (Michael) of Forest and Latasha Wilkerson (Destry) of Forest; sisters, Angie McCrory (Tommy) of Morton and Jennifer Evans (Justin) of Morton; 3 grandchildren, his pride and joy, Paris Townsend, Londan Townsend and Laurie Wilkerson and a host of friends.
