Bobby Joe Brashier, Sr., 85, joined his Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 28, 2019. Visitation will be 9-11 AM Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM in the Chapel of the funeral home. Graveside services are 2:30 PM in Big Creek Baptist Cemetery in Soso, MS.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Estelle Shows Brashier; sons, Bobby Joe Brashier, Jr. and Rev. John David Brashier and wife Lianne; grandchildren, Courtney Elizabeth Brashier McCrory and husband, Jacob, Grant Denham Brashier and Elliot Hilton Brashier; great-grandson, Hudson McCrory; half-brother, Kenneth Rayborn; niece Jennie Lynn Torrence and family; nephew Jay Shows and family. He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Hilton Brashier.
