Bobbie Gilmore

Bobbie Sue Gilmore, 76, passed away on Wed. June 21, 2023 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. June 24, 2023 from 9:30am-11am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11am Sat. June 24, 2023 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Old Brandon Cemetery in Brandon, MS.

Mrs. Gilmore was born on Jan. 4, 1947 in Blytheville, AR to the late Mitchell Braswell and Mildred Dean Kesler Braswell. She was a faithful and active member of Brandon Presbyterian Church in Brandon, MS. Mrs. Gilmore loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Gilmore; her children, Jennifer Freeny (Jeff), Jason Gilmore (Jill) and Scott Gilmore (Mindy); sisters, Kathy Matheny and Jane Bennett; brother, Billy Braswell (Connie) and 8 grandchildren, Sarah Freeny, Olivia Freeny, Spencer Freeny, Sarah Kathryn Gilmore, Bailey Gilmore, Katie Gilmore, Carson Gilmore and Ella Gilmore.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
