Betty Lou Fields, age 93 of Pelahatchie, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
A Celebration of Betty’s life will be 10:00 am Saturday, November 19, 2022, from The Church at Shiloh with visitation starting at 9:00 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She was born on June 1, 1929, to the late Edward and Marguerite Evans. She was a member of The Church at Shiloh.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Billy Joe Fields, Jr.; daughter, Amy Tharpe; twin sister, Peggy Jane Sullivan; and three other siblings.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Francine (Carl) Gray; grandchildren, Joshua (Rachel) Odom, Eli Tharpe, and Evan Tharpe; a host of other relatives and friends.
