Benjie Lewis

Benjie Neil Lewis, 62, passed away on Mon. Feb. 7, 2022 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sat. Feb. 19, 2022 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sun. Feb. 20, 2022 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.

Mr. Lewis was born on Jan. 14, 1960 in Jackson, MS to the late Jimmy George Lewis and Evelyn Baker Lewis. He was currently a resident of Crystal Springs, MS and also worked as a truck driver for UPS. Mr. Lewis loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed working on and restoring old muscle cars. Most of all, Mr. Lewis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Lewis; son, Benjamin Paul Lewis; daughters, Bridget Carmen Lewis, Dana Lewis Ward (Roger), Shay Hall Alford and Melissa Hall Alford; sister, Connie Saxton (Bobby) and a brother, Richard Lewis.
