Anthony "Tony" Heumier

Anthony “Tony” Heumier, age 58, and a resident of Pendergrass, GA. Formerly of Forest, died Wednesday, September 7, 2022, in Gainsville, GA following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from the chapel of the OTT & LEE Funeral Home in Forest with interment to follow in the Harperville Cemetery.  Rev. Jerry Lundy will officiate.  Visitation will be held from 5pm till 8pm Monday, September 12, 2022, at the funeral home and again at 1pm Tuesday before the service.

Tony was born to his parents, Iris L. Roland Heumier and Donald P. Heumier in Biloxi, MS.  He was a Baptist.  Tony loved life and was always happy to be with his family and friends.  He was honored to serve in the United States Air Force during the days of Desert Storm. Tony was an Office Manager for the Irby Construction Company. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Tony was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, Phil Heumier.

He is survived by his mother, Lynette H. Park of Pendergrass, GA.  (Kirby Money), A brother Barry Heumier, also of Pendergrass, GA., and a sister Lori Watkins (Greg) of Carthage, MS.  He is also survived by his nephews, Ryan Heumier (Hannah), Logan Heumier, Blake McNeil (Summer), and niece, Lauren McNeil (Roby Farmer), 2 great nephews; Kullen Rowell, Kadyn McNeil, and great niece; Blakelyn McNeil.

Pallbearers are Ryan Heumier, Blake McNeil, Mike Roland, Tim Moore, David Tadlock, and Randy Cahoon.
