Annie Bell Hall

Mrs. Annie Belle Hall, age 85, a resident of Morton passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  Her visitation was held 12-2pm, Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.  Graveside service was held 2pm Tuesday at North Morton Baptist Cemetery.  Mr. Mike Webb officiated the service.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Mrs. Hall was born in Humphreys County on July 24, 1936.  She was a housewife and enjoyed cooking, recipe writing and most of all being with her family.  Annie Belle enjoyed fishing, collecting pictures of old cars and making quilts for her family.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Clifton Plunkett and Mary Ruth Bennett Plunkett; husband, Belton J. Hall, who passed away on June 1, 2014; 2 sons, Glen Douglas Hall and Ronald Hall; grandchildren, James & Elizabeth Hall & Machelle Hall Easterling; siblings, R.C. Plunkett, Clytee Huffman and Billy Faye Perry.

She is survived by her children, Belton C. Hall (Janie) of Morton, Tony Hall of Morton, Judy Ainsworth (Thomas Kemp) of Morton, Jeff Herbert Hall (Joan Cohn) of Lake and Sarah Coward (Jimmy Dale) of Morton; siblings, Sammy Plunkett (Angie) of Pearl & Jean Horn (Joey) of Kosciusko; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and a host of friends.

Pallbearers were Daniel Hall, Joseph Hall, David Pierce, David Ainsworth, JD Webb and Darryl Thompson.
