Anita H. Measels

Mrs. Anita H. Measels, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, in Newton MS. Born on April 10, 1960, to Roy and Mattie Ruth Regions Harrell. Anita attended Morton Church of God. She was an avid reader, but the love of her family brought her great joy.

Anita is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mattie Ruth Harrell, and her husband, W.J. Measels. Survived by two sons, Sam Measels, (Emily), Josh Kennedy, (Nicole); two sisters, Mary Boutwell, Cindy Strong; one brother, Dennis L. Harrell; five grandkids. The family will have a Memorial Service later.
