Amy Danette Wagner, born on July 26, 1972, in Eupora, Mississippi, passed away on August 15, 2024, in Jackson, Mississippi. She dedicated her career to the Department of Education.
Amy is survived by her daughters Treasure Gill and Whitney Wagner. She was a proud grandmother to Xayden Floyd, Lyllian Gill, Heartley Gill, Alayna Fuentes, Kadrien Fuentes, Xander Fuentes, and Camilla Custodio. Also survived by her sisters and there husbands Amber and Patrick Means and Deonna Dillanes. Amy loved and cherished her nieces and nephew, Kyra Means, Kavin Means, Ky'Renna Means, and Kahliana Means, whom she loved as her own grandchildren. Additionally, she held close her nephew's, Miguel Chavez and Tristen Jones, whom she regarded as her children.
Amy was preceded in death by her husband Paul Wagner, as well as her mother Reba Hood and step-father Michael Hood, and her father Felix Sullivan; her granddaughter Harlee Anne Custodio.
Amy’s warmth and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
There will be a visitation for friends and family 2 -5pm Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.
