Alice Diane Lambert, 70, passed away Sat. Sept. 16, 2017 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Tues. Sept. 19, 2017 from 5pm-7pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 10am on Wed. Sept. 20, 2017 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with burial to follow in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Mrs. Lambert was born in Tylertown, MS and has been a longtime resident of Rankin County, MS. She is preceded in death by her father, Homer Hart; step father, Leonard Whittington and a grandson, Cody Lambert.
Mrs. Lambert is survived by her husband, James Lambert; mother, Remona Whittington; five children, Pam Porter (Jerry), Michele Rorie, James Lambert II (Laney), Alan Lambert and Alicia Brock (Donnie); two sisters, Jenny White and Deborah Greer; brother, Richard Hart (Edna); 42 grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Attn: Memorial Honor Program at 1 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38148.
