Acie Hodge

Forest, MS
Mr. Acie L. Hodge, age 78 and a resident of Lake, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021,at his home.
He was native of Noxapater, Winston County, Mississippi but had been a longtime resident of Scott County. He was a retired from Lady Forest Farms, and had also worked for Sara Lee, Inc. A simple man with a strong work ethic, Mr. Hodge will be remembered for his love of farming and gardening.
He is preceded in death by one son: Stevie Hodge (1986), his parents: John Marshall Hodge and Lula Bell Hodge; three siblings: Claude Hodge, Homer Hodge, and Pearl Whittington.
Survivors include one daughter Tonya (Edward) Mayo of Louisville; two grandchildren: Dalton Mayo and Camille Mayo; one sister: Syble Faulkner of Morton; several nieces and nephews also survive.
