Margaret Crimm

Margaret Massey Crimm, age 91, a lifelong resident of Forest died Sunday, September 1, 2019, following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Saturday, September  7, 2019, from the chapel of the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest with Reverend Jerry Holmes officiating.  Visitation will be held from 10am until service time at the funeral home.  Graveside services will not be held, the family will remain at the funeral home following the service to visit with friends.  Her final resting place is in the Antioch-Steele Cemetery.

Mrs. Crimm was born on Friday, December 2, 1927, in Scott County to her parents Calvin Massey and Naomi Harris Massey.  She was a  faithful,  longtime member of the Liberty Baptist Church.  She was a business owner in Forest for many years.  She loved her family,  visiting friends and enjoying life to its fullest.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clyde Crimm, and her daughter and son-in-law: Gwin and Bernie Whatley, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Lee Crimm (Mary Ann)  of  Forest and three grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
