Johnnie Judson Perry I, of Crab Orchard, KY, and previously Jackson, MS, passed away on May 12, 2022.

He was the son of Chester and Rosa Katherine Perry, and brother of Dorothy (Oliver) Moulder of Brookhaven, MS, and Jane Ann (Charles) Stringer.

He is survived by three sons, John II(Sara) Perry of Danville, KY, and Jeffrey (Beth) Perry of Nashville, TN, and Joshua (Stacy) Perry of Florence, MS. Also, three daughters, Stephanie (Michael) Moline of Spokane, WA, Jennifer (Allan) Dute’ of Cincinnati, OH, and Wendie (Brian) Baggett of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, Michael II, Sarah, Emily, Christopher, Conner, Cody, Judson, Anne, Evan, Ella, Delaney, Kaelyn, Justin, Rachael and, his beloved dog, Dixie Belle who was his constant companion.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Graveside services were held May 26, 2022 at Gulde Cemetery, Pelahatchie, MS. Ott&Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA  22116-7023 or to your favorite charity.
