John Patrick

John Wesley Patrick, 87, of the Forkville community, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Forest, MS.

John lived in Forkville and Morton for most of his life; a Christian by faith and a member of New Home Baptist Church where he was an active member for many years. John enjoyed gardening, fishing, and loved to travel.

Preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Ruth in 2018; parents, William H. and Mamie (Craig) Patrick; brother Glenn Allen Patrick.

John is survived by one son, John Michael Patrick and wife Rita; two granddaughters, Mandy Brownlee and husband Derrick, Michelle Smith and husband Clayton; Three great-grandchildren, Emily and Mason Brownlee and Mary Atley Smith. Due to the Covid-19 virus, the family held a private graveside service at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Funeral Services were entrusted with Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS.
