Ann Carol Baxter, age 71 of Brandon, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at her home. She was born in Hattiesburg, MS on September 21, 1948 to the late Walter Baxter and Cassandra James Baxter. Ann loved to rescue animals in distress and adopt them. She loved horses, the environment, and people. Ann is survived by her wife Cynthia Littleton; and sister Janet Wible.
