Kimberly L. Robertson, a cherished member of the Pearl, Mississippi community and a devoted hairstylist, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, in Pearl. Born on April 24, 1963, in Opelika, Alabama, Kimberly spent most of her life in Pearl, where she cultivated close relationships and left a lasting impression on many lives.
Kimberly was known for her warmth and skill as a barber and hairstylist. Her career was marked not only by her talent but also by the deep affection she held for her work family at Hair Express. Kim had such an extended family that meant so much to her, including her longtime friend Patty Gray and especially the people she did life with everyday, Kim’s tribe from Hair Express: Terry Robinson, Sissy Matheny, Karen Spann, Rhonda Dumbrowski, Donna Brown, Jewel Dennis, and Kathy Hopkins who has passed away.
Kim shared all her joys, her sorrows, laughter, and tears and especially her love for Jesus with her clients and the clients of her coworkers. The list is long but these people were not only her friends they were her prayer warriors and confidants.
Kimberly was a member of Move Church in Pearl, which served as a cornerstone of her faith and community involvement. Her spiritual dedication remained a visible and inspiring part of her identity.
Kimberly is survived by her beloved daughters, Emily Kate Robertson and Bailey Claire Robertson; her grandchildren whom brought her immense joy, Aiden Matthew Robertson, Isaiah Kane Robertson, Landon Kyrie McDaniel, Justin Drake McCrory, and Ruby Leigh McCrory; brothers, Jim Little (Julie) and Ed Little (Debbie); sisters, Robin Williams (James) and Angie Little; treasured friends was Lyne and Howard Nichols; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives who will always hold her memory dear.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruby Little.
Visitation to honor Kimberly’s life will take place on March 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, Mississippi. A funeral service will follow immediately at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.
