Judy B. Vines, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away at the age of 81 on Saturday, August 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Judy was born December 31, 1944, in Columbia, Mississippi, to Ford Bishop and Juliette McDaniel Bishop. She had been a resident of Brandon since 1980, where she was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. Judy was a kind person, willing to help anyone that needed it in any way she could. She was a loving mother and a good friend, doing her very best to keep up with her friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ford and Juliette Bishop, and her grandson, Kaleb Hall.

Survivors include her children, Suzanne Wilkinson (Allen) and Will Service (Joy); grandchildren, Chara Wilkinson and Harold Wilkinson; granddaughter-in-law, Tiffany Hall; great grandchildren, Dante, Kain, and Grayson Hall; and her dog, Sugar Too.

A memorial service will be held at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 2:00 pm, with visitation from 1:00 until 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the animal rescue organization of your choice.
