Mr. James Dudley Lindsay, age 80, passed away on February 5, 2026 at his home in Walnut Grove. Born September 25, 1945 in Forest, MS to the late James Dudley Sr. and Martha Roberts Lindsay. Mr. Lindsay was an electrician and worked for Floral Daniel Chevron, he proudly served his country with the United States Army.

Preceded in death by his parents, James Dudley and Martha Lindsay; daughter, Terra Lindsay Gray. Mr. Lindsay is survived by two children, Heather Bowden, and James L. Lindsay. Five grandkids, Halley Buffington, Hayden Gray, Holden Gray, Dennis Bowden III, and Jonicah Bowden; two great grandkids, Coulter Matthews and Kai Strack.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 15 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, with a Memorial Service at 2:00pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest MS. Burial will be in Harperville Cemetery.
