Iris Rosella May Conerly, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at her home in Braxton, Mississippi, at the age of 65.

Iris was born on June 24, 1961, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, to Olen Rommie May and Mary Berryhill May. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, canning, cooking and reading. She will be remembered for the immense love she showed to her family.

Iris is preceded in death by her parents, Olen and Mary May, and siblings, Nancy Carol May, Janice Segeda, Donnie May, Wayne May, David May, Jim May and brother-in-law Randall Page.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon Conerly; children, Charles Ray Conerly (Tedra) and Jennifer Conerly; grandchildren, Luke and Lydia Conerly; and sister, Phyllis Page.
