Frank David Little, 92, of Brandon, MS, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Services will be held Friday, August 21, 2026, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS, with Dr. Keith Grubbs officiating. Visitation begins at 1:00, service will be held at 3:00. Frank was born in Tallahatchie County to Boas and Effie Little. He served his country as a proud veteran of the US Navy. He moved to Greenwood, where he met and married his love, Carolyn. He joined the Greenwood Police Department in 1960 and retired as Major in 1981. He owned and operated L&L Catfish and Steakhouse. After moving to Brandon in 1988, he worked as Head of Security for Southern Farm Bureau.

Frank was a faithful member of Park Place Baptist Church and served as a deacon for many years. He loved visiting with friends, playing in his garden and mowing his grass. He always had a story to tell and enjoyed grilling for his family. He loved Jesus, his family and Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents; wife Carolyn; brother Doc Little; and sisters Marie Clolinger, Edra Ricks, Geraldine Arrington, Ellene Ferguson, Susie Martin and Loyce Little. He is survived by daughters Michelle Frank and Jennifer (Dee) Taylor; grandchildren Josh (Jordan) Taylor, Anthony (Kelsey) Frank and Jordan Taylor (Sam) Balding; and four great grandchildren Livian Taylor, Ellery Taylor, Levi Frank and Lucy Frank (arriving November 2026).

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Danny Epps for his faithful and unwavering friendship; Sholonda Andrews for her exceptional care; and Jenia Medders for her dedication and extended care and commitment, as she cared for both Frank and Carolyn through the end of their lives.
