Charlotte Sue Hill Primm, 68, a resident of Forest passed away on May 23rd, 2026 at UMC in Jackson. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29, at Red Top Union Baptist Church from 12-1pm. The funeral service will begin at 1pm, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. 

Mrs. Primm is preceded in death by her parents, Rena Mae Sistrunk Hill and Edd Quitman Hill; her husband, Dallas Primm; brothers, Cleveland Quitman Hill, Carl Henry Hill, Kennith Cooper Hill; and a sister, Marsha Ruth Hill.

She leaves behind one son, Marty Primm, one honorary son, Hunter Perkins; a brother, Daniel Wayne Hill (Patricia), and one sister, Marie Ann Dunn (Johnnie); and numerous nieces and nephews 

Serving as pallbearers will be Elvis Shaw, Wayne Perkins, Scott King, Billy Pinter, Todd McLemore, Adam McLemore

Paul McLemore is an honorary pallbearer. 

Ott and Lee of Forest is in charge of arrangements.
