Mr. Billy Dewayne Frazier (09/21/1970 – 08/20/2026), cherished brother and uncle, passed from this life on August 20, 2026 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. He was a long-time employee of Tyson Foods in Forest where he worked as a maintenance technician. He was loved by his family and friends and enjoyed watching sports and fishing.

Services will be held at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton, MS on August 26, 2026 with visitation beginning at 10 am with services following in the Ott and Lee chapel at 12 noon and burial at Line Creek Baptist Cemetery with Brother Tal Vardaman officiating the services. Arrangements were entrusted to Ott and Lee Funeral Home of Morton.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Mones Frazier; mother, Charlotte Ann Evans; father, Billy Frazier (Karen). He is survived by brothers, Carlton “Sam” Moore, Jr. (Penny), Ricky Frazier (Amy), Danny Frazier (Kelly), step-brother John Traxler (Allison), sister Crystal Gail Moore, and a host of nieces and nephews and family that loved him dearly.

Pallbearers for the service are Randall Frith, Jag Horton, Pete Martin, Kenneth Ables, Alex, and Jesse Shepard.
