Beverley Lewis

Beverley Lewis, age 81, died Thursday, January 4, 2024, in Carthage following an extended illness.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Beverley was born in San Diego, CA on April 20, 1942, to her parents, Georgel Wilbur Martin and Zelma Neeper Martin.  She later married her husband, Marshall Lewis.  They settled in the Harperville community where she was active in the Harperville Baptist Church.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

 She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Marshall Lewis, and children Marshall  “Hal” Lewis, Jr. and his wife Lauris of Canton, OH, Ivy Pachetti of Waterloo, NY, and Holly Pott and her husband Carl of Haileyeh, FL.  She also leaves behind two brothers, George Martin, Jr. of Beverly Hills, FL, and Jerome Martin and his wife Carol of Bavard, NC, and a legacy of 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
