Minnie Dennis, age 77, a resident of Lake died Monday September 4, 2017 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson following an extended illness.
Graveside services were conducted at 11:30am Wednesday September 6, 2017 from the Dennis Family Cemetery near Lake. Rev. Ken McLemore officiated. Visitation was held from 10am to 11am Wednesday at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Mrs. Dennis was born in Mendenhall, MS on December 22, 1939 to her parents Lloyd Warren and Minnie Atwood Warren. She was a member of Sand Ridge Baptist Church. She loved her family, visiting friends and enjoyed being a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Marshall Dennis.
Survivors include her children, Sally Hare (Gary) of Brandon, Tammy Lee of Lake, Mike Dennis of Forest, Lesa Stuart of Kosciusko and David Dennis of Forest. She also leaves behind a legacy of 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
